Orders are to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance regardless of customised designs or off menu selections. Should your ideas involve complexity, it will be much appreciated if you give our team at least a month's notice to work out your individuality.

A minimum requirement of 50% deposit is to be made upon confirmation of order and a full refund will only be issued if cancellation notice is submitted a week prior to the due date.

In A Tartshell is currently managed by a small team in west of Singapore. For orders near the west, delivery can be made at your nearest convenience. Self-collection is often our preferred mode of delivery. Delivery to other areas of Singapore will be charged at a flat rate delivery fee.

Standard delivery rates are at $20 islandwide except Changi, Tuas and Sentosa. An additional $5 will be charged for delivery into city areas.
